Children of the Lake in Cicero
The children of Cicero, Indiana live in a magical environment: A small but functional Central Indiana town with the beauty and benefits of Morse Reservoir on one side and the cornucopia of things to do in Indianapolis on the other.
Morse Reservoir, which forms the west side of Cicero, provides a good portion of activities for Cicero children and their parents. And all the wonders of big city Indianapolis are available to Hoosiers from the suburb of Cicero, just for a short drive south.
This is not to imply that there’s nothing special to do in Cicero, because there are plenty of unique activities right in town. Aside from the great lakeside water activities one can enjoy on Morse Reservoir, Cicero has three nice parks with amenities, including the community pool. Cicero children have a well-defined public education system that serves Hamilton County, as well.
